1. Who you are contracting with

Purchases from this site are a contract with Pardesco LLC, trading as StellaSauna, an Ohio company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and specifications

Product specifications are reproduced from manufacturer documentation. We take care to reproduce them accurately, but we do not manufacture these products and manufacturers occasionally change specifications without notice. Where a specific dimension, electrical requirement, or feature is critical to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing before you order and we will.

We do not make health or medical claims about any product. Consult a physician before sauna use if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or take medication that affects thermoregulation.

3. Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the error. We will tell you promptly if this happens.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we accept it, which happens when we release the order to the manufacturer — not automatically at payment.

Every order is manually reviewed before release. We verify billing and shipping consistency, contact details, and freight accessibility. We may contact you for confirmation. We may decline and fully refund any order, including where we suspect fraud, where the shipping address is not serviceable by freight, or where the product is unavailable.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

6. Shipping, delivery, and inspection

Delivery terms, your inspection obligations, and damage reporting deadlines are set out in Shipping & Freight Delivery, which forms part of these terms. In particular: delivery is curbside, a working phone number is required, and signing a clean delivery receipt constitutes acceptance of the shipment as undamaged.

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, though we will chase them on your behalf.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Governed by Returns & Cancellations, which forms part of these terms. Model-specific return windows and restocking fees stated on a product page take precedence over the general policy.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, described on the product page and in Warranty. We facilitate warranty claims but do not ourselves warrant the goods. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties beyond those the manufacturer provides and those that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Installation and safety

Installation, including all electrical work, is your responsibility. Hardwired units must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local code. Improper installation voids the manufacturer's warranty and creates a genuine fire risk. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from installation, modification, or use of a product.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost use, property damage from installation, or costs of alternative arrangements. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, photography, and comparison content are ours. Manufacturer trademarks and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission where applicable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, and the courts of Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction.
