About StellaSauna
We sell one category of product, and we sell it to people who are about to spend several thousand dollars on something that arrives on a pallet.
What we are
StellaSauna is an independent specialty retailer of home saunas — infrared, traditional, and outdoor. We are not a marketplace, a general home-goods store, or a dropshipper listing whatever a supplier feed happens to contain. We carry a deliberately small catalog of units we can explain, quote, ship, and support.
StellaSauna is a trade name of Pardesco LLC, a US company. We are a small team, which is the reason a person answers your email rather than a ticket queue.
Why a specialist rather than a big-box listing
A sauna is an unusual purchase. It is expensive, it is heavy, it needs electrical work that varies by model, and it arrives by freight carrier with rules most buyers have never encountered. The generalist retailers that also sell saunas are not set up to answer "will this fit through a 30-inch door" or "what happens when the pallet shows up with a crushed corner."
Those are the only questions we answer, so we have gotten good at them.
How we work
We size before we sell
Stated occupancy on a sauna is close to meaningless. Interior width, bench depth, ceiling height, and door swing determine whether two adults are comfortable or miserable. Send us your room dimensions and we will tell you what actually fits, including when the answer is "not this one."
We take the electrical seriously
Some saunas plug into a standard 120V outlet. Many need a dedicated 20A circuit. Larger units need 240V and a licensed electrician. Getting this wrong turns a delivered sauna into an expensive box in your garage, and it voids warranties. We confirm the requirement against manufacturer documentation before you order.
We do not invent specifications
Every specification on this site comes from the manufacturer's own published documentation. Where a manufacturer has not confirmed a feature, we say so rather than guessing. The clearest example is red light therapy: most saunas advertised that way ship ordinary RGB chromotherapy lighting, which is not the same thing. We only make that claim where dedicated red or near-infrared emitters are confirmed in writing.
We stay with the order
Payment is the beginning of our involvement, not the end. We review every order before releasing it to the manufacturer, we tell you what the freight process will look like, and if a pallet arrives damaged we open the claim ourselves.
What we do not do
- We do not carry every model a manufacturer offers. Products with poor documentation, unclear warranty support, or a bad freight record do not make it onto the site.
- We do not make health claims. Saunas are pleasant and many people find them restorative; we are not going to tell you what one will do to your bloodwork.
- We do not use countdown timers, fake scarcity, or invented list prices. Prices are what they are.
