What to include
The more of this you send, the more useful our answer will be:
- the room dimensions, or the pad dimensions for an outdoor unit
- ceiling height, and the width of the narrowest doorway on the delivery path
- how many people will realistically use it at once
- a photo of your electrical panel with the door open
- whether the delivery address is reachable by a 53-foot trailer
- your budget, if you have one, so we do not waste your time
Existing orders
Include your order number. For freight damage, attach photographs of the packaging and the damaged part, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — see Shipping & Delivery.
Warranty claims
Send the order number, the serial number from the cabin label, photographs, and a description of the fault. We open the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. See Warranty.
